Nancy Dallum

Nancy Dallum is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Higher Education Alliance Manager. In this role, she leads the development and implementation of outreach strategies to diversify and increase Alliance membership. Nancy oversees the onboarding process for new Alliance members, partners with other team members to facilitate the Meeting of the Minds and the Ambassadors team, and coordinates various initiatives to enhance diversity and inclusion.

With a background in higher education administration, Nancy previously held the position of Assistant Dean at Westminster University’s Bill & Vieve Gore School of Business, where she provided operational leadership and strategic support. Her responsibilities included faculty management, program coordination, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

Committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education, Nancy collaborates with diverse stakeholders, providing logistical support for Higher Education Alliance initiatives and ensuring effective communication via newsletters, social media, and other channels. With extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning, she brings a wealth of expertise to her current role. Nancy plays a key role in promoting NCWIT’s mission, representing the Higher Ed Alliance nationally, and contributing to the advancement of diversity in computing education.

Nancy holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Loyola Marymount University. In her spare time, she enjoys live concerts, sporting events, outdoor activities, traveling and spending time with her family.
