Elizabeth Litzler, PhD, is the Director of the University of Washington (UW) Center for Evaluation & Research for STEM Equity (CERSE) and an Affiliate Assistant Professor in UW Sociology. She is lead of the external evaluation for NCWIT. She is currently the principal investigator on a dozen different research and evaluation projects focused on improving equity, diversity and inclusion in STEM fields. Her research interests include the educational climate for undergraduate and graduate students, gender and race stratification in higher education, and intersectionality.
