This brief orientation course introduces those participating in collaborative higher ed change efforts to NCWIT’s approach to systemic, strategic change initiatives and leads them through the TIJ-UP strategic alignment process.

The course guides authors through the curriculum publication and submission process for inclusion in the Teach Engineering collection. It includes a pre-recorded webinar outlining the publication process and key criteria for high-quality engineering curriculum. Throughout the course, authors complete short tasks to reinforce understanding, with an optional follow-up Q&A session with the publishing team afterward.
