Introduction

Have you ever wondered why some change efforts have lasting, transformative impact and others don’t? Collaboration and communication just might be the key! Organizational change, especially change in higher education that is systemic and sustainable, doesn’t happen in isolation. It unfolds through people—across roles, departments, and perspectives—working together toward a shared vision.

In this course, you’ll explore how building a collaborative culture—supported by intentional communication—can help you move your department from enacting isolated initiatives to creating lasting, system-wide impact. You’ll also gain access to a variety of resources and tips to support you and your department in your journey.
