There’s a new way to learn with NCWIT! This winter, cozy up and enjoy hours of free content on our YouTube channel. It’s the perfect opportunity to listen in on conversations with some of the most exciting voices in the field of computing and social justice. Here are just a few of the playlists you can browse:
NCWIT Conversations for Change. Immerse yourself in research-based recommendations and peer-to-peer discussions on a wide range of topics related to diversity, inclusion, and equity in the tech world. This online thought leadership series launched in May 2020, and new Conversations are added to the playlist as they take place.
The Color of Our Future. This series of discussions explores the experiences of Black women and girls in tech, from K-12 and college through careers in both academia and industry. The most recent installment, held in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, features a panel of TECHNOLOchicas ambassadors who all hold positions at NASA.
NCWIT 101: Introduction to Diversifying Undergraduate Computing Programs. This self-guided course, made up of five modules, is designed for faculty and administrators who would like to learn promising, data-driven practices for recruiting and retaining diverse students in college computing programs.
