Dalene King is a Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Microsoft where she has worked for more than 13 years. Throughout her tenure, she has been a passionate driver of diversity and inclusion across many roles within Staffing, HR, and the business. In her current role, Dalene is responsible for working with leaders across the Microsoft Windows, Office, Skype, Business Solutions, and Research & Development Groups to enable them to increase and leverage the diversity of their workforce to drive customer insights, innovation, and organizational performance. Her responsibilities include guiding the development of the diversity strategy within each of the businesses and consulting with the leadership, management, and HR teams on their readiness, identifying opportunities, and applying interventions which advance their business and Microsoft.
