Use this resource to help you practice ways to interrupt bias in real-life situations.
- Click the button below to download a printable copy of this resource and facilitation guide.
- Additionally, download this slide deck, complete with talking points, to provide an introduction to implicit bias and to “why diversity matters,” setting the stage for discussing the real-life scenarios included in this resource.
We suggest either using the slides as “pre-work” ahead of a small group session or at the very beginning of a session. Doing so can help clarify any questions or concerns and helps introduce implicit bias in a productive, nonjudgmental way that will lead to better discussion of how to interrupt bias in the toolkit scenarios.
