Scrum Master and Product Owner Dual-Certification Boot Camp
This five half-day course will guide participants through the world of Scrum Mastery and Product Ownership. Participants will gain hands-on knowledge and will grow their ability to embrace Scrum and guide their teams to doing twice the work in half the time. At the end of the class, participants will be eligible to sit for the Scrum Master/Product Owner certifications, the Scrum-worlds only certifications that are recognized by Scrum co-founder Jeff Sutherland.

Scrum@Scale Practitioner Bootcamp
During this five half-day course, you will will learn how to apply fundamental Scrum and Lean product development skills to scale Scrum from one to many teams across any sized initiative. The Scrum@Scale^® course teaches the responsibilities of the Product Owner, individual Scrum teams, and enterprise leadership in a variety of large-scale contexts. Upon completion of this course and the official Scrum@Scale exam, Scrum Inc. will provide a Certified Scrum@Scale^™ Practitioner certificate signed by Dr. Jeff Sutherland, the creator of Scrum Pre-requisite- successful completion of scrum master/ product owner or comparable real world experience using Scrum.

Offered three times a year, but student must have completed SM/PO course prior.

Project Management Foundational Course
This course is designed for those who are looking to enter or advance in the project management profession. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the project management lifecycle, and practice the competencies needed to balance competing demands and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

**PMP Foundational Course: Appropriate for all levels, especially those new to project management. Completion of the Foundational Course will qualify students to sit for the CAPM exam: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)^®

This course will be offered live online through our partnership with UAB Collat Professional Education.

*This opportunity includes the cost of the course, cost of taking one applicable certification exam (CAPM, PMP, or ACP), and 1-year PMI membership.

Apprenticeship Program
In this program, the students will get hands-on work experience by working with an experienced developer who will guide them on a programming assignment.

We are enrolling for Front end and Full Stack Developer Apprenticeship projects at this time.

Eligibility:

• any student proficient in HTML/CSS and JavaScript can apply for Front End Apprenticeship Project work
• any student proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java and Advanced Java can apply for Full stack Apprenticeship project
