Dr. Kellye Jones is an Associate Professor of Management in the School of Business at Clark Atlanta University. Her areas of teaching expertise include leadership, management, global management, and entrepreneurship at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Through administrative capacities, Dr. Jones has served as Chair of the Management & Marketing Department and has assisted in the development and execution of Executive and Working Professional MBA programs. With respect to research, examining entrepreneurial strategy as it relates to the diffusion of new technology within organizations is a pivotal area of research. A second research stream explores entrepreneurial strategy embraced by female and immigrant entrepreneurs. Consistent with this area of investigation, Dr. Jones has been awarded a Kauffman Center grant for entrepreneurship. Her work has been published in Journal of Small Business Management, Journal of Business and Entrepreneurship, Women in Management Review, and Journal of International Business Disciplines. Dr. Jones is also certified in dispute resolution, with expertise in academic and cross-cultural mediations.
