Tim Faiella is the Content Director for the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) at the University of Colorado Boulder. He works to develop a variety of content across all media channels and formats, including print, web, social media, podcast, and video. He collaborates with NCWIT leadership, researchers, alliance and program managers, and outside consultants on communications and marketing strategy, PR campaign development, photo and copy editing, writing, project management, and social media administration.
Prior to joining NCWIT, Tim’s career spanned social science research, creative writing, and publishing. Tim’s research focuses on media analysis using both content and systems approaches, social issues related to behavioral health, and storytelling in support of social change initiatives. He has an MA in Sociology and an MFA in Creative Writing.
