Lisa is currently leading AT&T’s Technology Development Program, which serves as the feeder pool for the organization’s future leaders. She is also responsible for AT&T’s Technology and Operations Skills Transformation program, including the technology platforms that are enabling the transformation across the company. Prior to her current role, Lisa held a variety of different field and staff roles across various lines of business. Lisa joined AT&T in 1997 as a participant in the Leadership Development Program. 

Given her early opportunities with the company, Lisa is highly engaged with mentoring AT&T’s talent pipeline of both experienced and new leaders.  

Outside of AT&T, Lisa is a CASA advocate, working on behalf of children in the foster system. She is an active member of several AT&T employee resource groups including HACEMOS, Advocates for Women in Technology, and Women of AT&T. Recently, Lisa was recognized as a 2018 Technology Rising Star by Career Communications Group’s Women of Color magazine. Lisa is also a past recipient of the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility’s (HACR) Young Hispanic Corporate Leaders award. Lisa earned her undergraduate degree in Business Honors and Marketing at the University of Texas and her Master of Business Administration at the University of Dallas. She recently completed nanodegrees in Computer Programming and Data Foundations. She resides in Dallas, Texas with her husband Tony.
