Introduction

Welcome to Learning Circles! The modules in this series are designed to support you as you engage in your Learning Circle cohort. Over the course of the year, you will embark on a collaborative journey designed to transform undergraduate computing, engineering, and technology education. Supported by the Center for Technology Workforce Innovation (CTWI) and NCWIT, this program equips you with the tools, evidence-based frameworks, and peer network needed to drive meaningful, lasting organizational change within your undergraduate program. Whether you are establishing a new change team or refining ongoing program initiatives, this program will guide you step-by-step through program assessment, consensus building, and planning strategic initiatives that will help all students thrive.

Specifically, you will engage with evidence-based frameworks, utilize the Tech Inclusion JourneyTM for Undergraduate Programs (TIJ-UP) platform, lead a change team from your program through consensus-building conversations, and develop a comprehensive, sustainable strategic action plan to broaden participation and enhance student success within your academic programs.
