Through her work at the DO-IT Center at the University of Washington, Brianna Blaser works to increase the participation of people with disabilities in science and engineering careers. She is the co-PI for AccessComputing and AccessCSforAll, which both focus on disability inclusion in computing,  and PI for AccessADVANCE, which focuses on increasing the participation of STEM faculty with disabilities. Her work includes direct interventions for individuals with disabilities and working with faculty, employers, and other stakeholders to create institutional change. Previously, Brianna was Project Director of Outreach for AAAS & Science Careers where she promoted Science Careers resources though career and professional development workshops to early career scientists. Brianna earned her PhD in Women’s Studies at the University of Washington with a focus on women in STEM.
