Dr. Wendy Chi is the internal evaluator for NCWIT Counselors for Computing (C4C). She has over 15 years of experience in education, including evaluations of programs addressing underrepresented populations in STEM fields. She is a former high school math teacher in underserved schools with a passion for educational equity issues. Wendy has also worked as a research analyst in a large school district in Colorado, where she conducted program evaluations, education research, and district-level data analyses. She earned her BA in Economics from the University of Chicago, JD from the University of Michigan, and PhD in Educational Foundations, Policy, and Practice from the University of Colorado at Boulder. In her spare time, Wendy enjoys traveling with her family and keeping up with her two young girls.
