Digital NEST
Vice President of Programs and Curriculum

Kelsey Flood believes deeply that education and access have the transformative power to bring forth economic justice. Kelsey began her career as a high school teacher, serving as the youngest Advanced Placement instructor and youngest department chair at Pacific Collegiate School, a nationally ranked public charter school. Core to her teaching philosophy are the ideas that youth learn best when they develop meaningful relationships with their teachers, are encouraged to think deeply and engage critically. After nearly a decade in education, Kelsey transitioned to the non-profit sector as a consultant to design opportunities for expanded inroads to success. Now, as the Vice President of Programs and Curriculum at Digital NEST, she continues to champion innovative strategies to create pathways to career success and economic empowerment for youth across California and beyond.
