In her seven years at Google, Iveta has worked on various initiatives across People Operations (what other companies call HR), including compensation, performance management, and education outreach. She is currently working on a new initiative to share some of our learnings about people processes and strategy with teams outside of Google. Prior to Google, Iveta worked as a community college instructor and nonprofit manager. She holds a BS in Human Development from Cornell University and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine.
