The 2016 NCWIT Summit begins on Monday, May 16, and you do not want to miss out! More than 700 change leaders from the NCWIT community of educators, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and social scientists will convene to learn, strategize, and celebrate advances in working for inclusion and diversity in computing.

Join us online, and be a part of conversations that lead to impactful, sustainable change for women in tech.

Tune In

Get a front row seat at ncwit.org/livestream. The 2016 NCWIT Summit agenda is packed with thought-provoking, educational talks as well as inspirational acknowledgements:

  • Keynotes from Dave Filoni, Moritz Hardt, Melissa Harris-Perry, and Benjamin F. Jones will cover topics ranging from storytelling to incorporating intersectionality, and more.
  • The NCWIT Flash Tank (NCWIT FlashTalks… in the Shark Tank) allows change leaders from the NCWIT community to have five minutes each to give a FlashTalk on something NCWIT should prioritize in the areas of diversity, education, image, innovation, social movements, and more. The winning Flash Tank presenter will receive a Microsoft Surface Book, courtesy of Microsoft, and the presentation will receive consideration for ideation by NCWIT.
  • Celebrations of change leadership and mentorship in academia, technological accomplishments of college women, and inspirational role models in film will recognize the importance of women’s contributions to innovation as well as the influencers who encourage them to persist in computing.
