One-on-One Consulting

Extension Services One-on-One Consulting involves pairing clients with Extension Services Consultants (ESCs) to provide computing departments with guidance on the following:

  • identifying opportunities and allies
  • utilizing strategic approaches and resources
  • building assessment plans to evaluate progress

Consultants conduct a site visit and meet periodically with the department’s team of change leaders to create a customized strategic recruitment and retention plan, discuss challenges, and track progress. Their work with clients is aligned with the Undergraduate Systemic Change Model. Visit the ESC Biography Webpage to learn about each of the current ESCs.

The One-on-One Consulting periods are set for either one or two years, depending on guidelines set by the sponsor.
