Lucy Mendel holds two Computer Science degrees from MIT and has worked as a software engineer and manager for the past 10 years. She has spoken at Velocity on applying service-oriented architecture to tech team interactions, and at the San Francisco Dev2Dev summit on turning imposters into belongers. At last year’s Grace Hopper Celebration, she conducted research into how companies enable women engineers to be madly successful, a topic she continues to be passionate about.
